For Weapons

First Go to Postal 200 were you will get your weapons license here: Go to the green arrow and klick E to obtain a license for free

go to any gun store to obtain a legal weapon keep in mind keep in your civilian class: hold left alt (third eye) and look at the register then klick left click then klick on Open Ammunation

For Items

go to 956 and do the same thing here hold left alt (third eye) and look at the register then klick left click then klick on Open YouTool
