Rule Violations and Disciplinary Actions
Violations are categorized by "Type," indicating severity. Each Type results in specific disciplinary actions (DA) issued by Staff.
Violation Types & Disciplinary Actions
Type 0 - Minor
Severity: Verbal/Written Warning
Type 1 - Low
Severity: Warning, Kick, Temporary Restriction
Type 2 - Moderate
Severity: Server Kick, Temporary Ban (1-3 days), Class Demotion
Type 3 - Serious
Severity: Temporary Ban (3-7 days), Faction Removal
Type 4 - Severe
Severity: Temporary Ban (7-30 days), Permanent Faction Ban
Type 5 - Critical
Severity: Permanent Community Ban
Discipline Points System
Points affect severity and consequence of DAs. Points last for 90 days.
Type 0
1st Offence: 0-5 Points: Kick / Warn
2nd Offence: 5 Points: 1 Day Ban
3rd Offence: 10 Points: 3 Days Ban
Type 1
1st Offence: 5-10 Points: 1 Day Ban
2nd Offence: 10 Points: 3 Days Ban
3rd Offence: 15 Points: 7 Days Ban
Type 2
1st Offence: 10-15 Points: 3 Days Ban
2nd Offence: 15 Points: 7 Days Ban
3rd Offence: 30 Points: 14 Days Ban
Type 3
1st Offence: 15-30 Points: 7 Days Ban
2nd Offence: 30 Points: 14 Days Ban
3rd Offence: 50 Points: 30 Days Ban
Type 4
1st Offence: 30-50 Points: 14 Days Ban
2nd Offence: 50 Points: 30 Days Ban
3rd Offence: 75 Points: Removal
Type 5
1st Offence: 50-75 Points: 30 Days Ban
2nd Offence: 75 Points: Removal
3rd Offence: Blacklist
Points Management
Every 50 points result in a one-rank demotion (if applicable).
A player is Removed after 150 points.
A player is Blacklisted (Until Appeal) at 200 points.
Note: Points persist regardless of bans or removals and remain on record for 90 days.
Additional Guidelines
Type Stacking: Assign multiple types only for separate rule violations.
Approval: Changing a DA beyond recommendations requires CCHC approval.
DA Duration: Lasts 90 days.
